We do not accept return or exchange. All orders are final. You are strongly advised to contact us if you have any questions about our products before buying. However, we can offer refund for damaged items in transit or wrong products, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your package to request a return if the products are faulty.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 HOURS if the product(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. However, please bear in mind that minor scratches or package deformation could be caused by Custom procedures and delivery process, in this case the items are not considered to be 'defective' or 'damaged'. New and unopened product without product box shall not be deemed as 'damaged'. If the product looks different from the image on our website, it is not a faulty item since the product packaging design has been renewed.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
