Instructions for use: Up to 1 tablespoon daily
Preparation as a tea:
Heat 200 ml of water or milk to approximately 70-80°C.
Add 1 teaspoon (approximately 2g) of BBODY Blue Matcha and stir with a whisk until frothy.
Serving suggestions:
